Well in the last week let alone month Disney has been constantly sharing the latest updates for their company. With parks re-opening and no more masks, here is your news report for the latest and greatest Disney news!
Let's start off with masks! Due to the pandemic, it was necessary to wear masks in the parks at all times except for actively eating and drinking. Then in Walt Disney World, you were allowed to take your mask off if you were socially distant from everyone else to take a picture. But on Friday night Disney had some new plans for Walt Disney World. Since restrictions were becoming looser they were able to loosen their mask restrictions. As of right now, it is optional to take your mask off at outdoor common areas, and pool decks. But it is still required while entering the parks, during attractions, all theatres, and theatre entrances, all transportation and transportation entrances, also in all indoor locations except when actively eating or drinking while stationary. This is only currently in effect at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Flordia.
Now for some exciting news from Europe! On June 17th Disneyland Paris will be opening back up to guests! Finally, guests are allowed to enjoy the parks of Europe once again. The Disneyland park will open first, then after Walt Disney studios park, then Disney's Newport bay club then finally Disney village. It will finally be opened after a long time of being closed!
Finally, the last bit of news is about Disney's streaming service Disney +. While it is not that much news it is more to report on some shows! Last Friday the new episode of the mighty ducks game changers came out and there is one scene that gets me going every time. I recommend watching the mighty ducks movies before watching the series. Next up is high school musical the musical the series! The first season launched back with Disney + in 2019. After a long-awaited time season, 2 came out last Friday. Each Friday a new episode will release along with lots of other shows.
